About these Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, and by using this website and/ or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  
  2. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use or access the website, or place any orders.
  3. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing.
  4. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this website. They do not affect your statutory rights

Order Processing

  1. Once you have placed your order on the website you will receive an order conformation.  This conformation is our acceptance of your order.
  2. You must check your order conformation carefully, any mistakes on the order must be corrected within 24 hours.  We cannot accept changes after this time, or offer a refund.
  3. If you need to make a change within 24 hours please use the contact details at the bottom of this document to get in touch.
  4. We may need to make design changes as appropriate to the item you have ordered.  For example, we may add or take away elements, or use different fonts in order to complete your design.   
  5. We have the right, at our digression, to refuse any goods you order.
  6. Goods are subject to availability, if we cannot supply the product you have ordered we will offer you an alternative or refund you as necessary.
  7. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we should not be able to fulfil your order.
  8. If for some reason we are not able to accept your order we will inform you in writing (via email) as soon as possible.
  9. Please respect our staff, Stamped With Love reserves the right to refuse or cancel customer orders if customers behave unacceptably.  A full refund will be issued if this is the case.

Gift Orders

  1. If you request your order to be sent to an address that is not your billing address, your order will be treated as a gift.
  2. No delivery notes are put in with gift orders.
  3. When sending an order as a gift we recommend choosing a signed for delivery service – Stamped With Love accepts no liability for the accuracy of the address provided by you when you order.
  4. Hand written gift cards can be provided, and you can choose to upgrade packaging to a gift box for an additional charge.  These items are subject to availability.

Payment

  1. We accept card payments on our website using Stripe or PayPal.  You can also pay for your order via bank transfer, please request the details if you would like to do this.
  2. When you pay with PayPal your delivery address must be the address that is specified on your PayPal account, if it is not you must notify us in writing within 2 days of placing your order with the correct address.
  3. At events we accept cash and card payments via iZettle.
  4. Payment must be made in full before your order is accepted and the contract formed.

Lead Times

  1. Whenever the term “Working Days of Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas.
  2. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the website.
  3. If for any reason we are unable to meet the lead time we have provided you, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  4. Stamped With Love does not guarantee lead times for overseas orders.  These lead times vary due to customs clearance. 

Shipping Within The UK

  1. When you place your order, you will be advised of an estimated dispatch date.
  2. Postage on all orders is charged depending on the value of your order.  This is clearly stated prior to payment.
  3. Items are posted via Royal Mail.  The type of shipping service depends on the value of the order and you will be advised of this upon ordering.
  4. It is Royal Mail’s policy to sometimes deliver parcels to neighbours, a ‘safe spaces’ or return to the sorting office.  If this is the case a red card will be left with the details. 
  5. Should your order not arrive, please contact us, a full refund or replacement will be offered after 15 days has elapsed.
  6. We cannot be responsible for any delivery problems arriving from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by you.

Overseas Shipping

  1. Postage on all orders is charged depending on the value of your order.  This is clearly stated prior to payment.
  2. When purchasing from outside the UK the purchaser is responsible for any customs costs. 
  3. If you prevent delivery of your items, for example, failing to supply the courier or your local customs, tax office with necessary information or documentation, or failing to pay any customs, taxes or administration fees so your package is returned to Stamped With Love any return fees will be deducted from your refund.  Customised orders will not be refunded and should you wish us to send the package again additional postage charges will apply.
  4. Should your order not arrive, please contact us, a full refund or replacement will be offered after 45 days has elapsed.
  5. We cannot be responsible for any delivery problems arriving from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by you.

Pricing

  1. Prices are subject to change.
  2. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK sterling.
  3. Stamped With Love reserves the right to alter prices at any time.
  4. If there is an error in the pricing Stamped With Love reserves the right to cancel your order, you will have to option to pay the correct price should you wish to.  If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible via email.
  5. Items are sold as individuals unless otherwise stated in the description.  Images containing multiple items and other objects are for illustration purposes only.

Special Offers

  1. From time to time Stamped With Love will run special offers.
  2. Special offers are subject to change.
  3. All special offers are subject to stock availability and Stamped With Love reserves the right to end a promotion at any time.

Complaints

  1. Should you have any complaints please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. Please include your name, address and order number (if known) so we can deal with your complaint promptly.
  2. All complaints will be responded to within 72 hours.

Returns & Cancellations

  1. Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – goods may only be returned if they are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or any other fault of Stamped With Love.
  2. Returns for the reasons above are accepted, you will be offered a full refund or replacement where available.
  3. Custom orders have a 24hr window from when the order was placed to cancel or amend.  After this time, it is not possible to cancel or change your order.  You will be charged in full.
  4. Under the Consumer Contract Regulations your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after you receive your order.  Your right to cancel is unconditional.  This only applies to items that are not customised.
  5. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been posted you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
  6. If you wish to return an item please email us, describing the reason for return, using the email address at the bottom of this document.
  7. Items marked as reduced for being damaged, having a defect or any other reason are exempt from the returns policy.
  8. We would be grateful if returned items are sent via a tracked service, this is not a legal requirement, but a courtesy request. 
  9. Refunds will only be processed once the item returned has been received by Stamped With Love.

  1. Stamped With Love own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website.  This website contains material which is owned by or licenced to us.
  2. The content and material of this website may be shared, downloaded, transmitted or otherwise used in a personal capacity.
  3. Any reproduction of the material or content within a professional capacity is forbidden.
  4. You may not create a link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyments of this website by anyone else.
