Delivery Info
At the checkout, we offer different delivery options through Royal Mail or couriers to match your preferences. If you have any specific delivery instructions, please let us know in the notes, and we’ll pass them along to the delivery company.
We need time to hand stamp your order, which can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If you have a deadline in mind and want to make sure we can meet it, please reach out to us before placing your order.
If you’re sending your order to an address that’s different from your billing address, we won’t include any paperwork, regardless of whether you’ve requested gift wrapping. Also, we package each item in separate paper bags for easy recycling.
Overseas Orders
For international orders, we use Royal Mail’s tracked service that doesn’t require a signature. Instead, it’s scanned upon arrival, so you don’t have to go to the sorting office and wait.
Here are the estimated delivery times for international orders. Keep in mind that customs can sometimes cause delays once the items enter the postal system.
- Europe: 1 to 2 weeks from the dispatch date.
- North America: 1 to 2 weeks from the dispatch date.
- Canada: 3 to 4 weeks from the dispatch date, and sometimes longer during postal or customs worker strikes.
- Australia & NZ: 3 to 4 weeks from the dispatch date, and customs can be thorough, causing delays.
Please note that Stamped With Love is not responsible for any customs or duty charges imposed by your country. We don’t collect VAT during the purchase.
We recommend ordering in advance and considering realistic delivery times, especially during busy periods like Christmas. We always strive to deliver your order when you need it.
Where is my Order?
If you’re wondering about the status of your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information once it’s shipped. If you provided your email address and phone number, we’ll also forward that information to the couriers.
For customers who set up an account when they checked out, you can track your order here.
For international orders, you can track your shipment using the link provided on the Royal Mail website to your local delivery agent.
Rest assured, we take responsibility for ensuring that your item reaches its destination. If your item goes missing, we usually offer a replacement or refund. However, we can only consider an item lost once it has reached the eligible claim time with Royal Mail, as explained here.
