Stamped with Love is happy to offer all UK customers free 1st Class delivery via Royal Mail for all orders, all items are sent via a non-recorded service however you do have the option to upgrade this at check out to either Signed For 1st Class or Before 1pm Guaranteed Delivery. Please be aware that delivery time is on top of the time it takes me to make your order which can be up to 10 working days as outlined in the FAQ.
International delivery charges also have this same free postal amount deducted from their rates so you also benefit from a reduction in the postal charges. When ordering from Overseas please note the following estimated delivery times, these are based on my experience however once items are in the postal system they can be subject to delays by customs. Stamped with Love is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur when your order is processed through your country.
Europe – 1 to 2 weeks from date of dispatch
North America – 1 to 2 weeks from date of dispatch
Canada – 3 to 4 weeks from date of dispatch, though this can vary drastically due to postal strikes and customs workers strikes
Australia & NZ – 3 to 4 weeks from date of dispatch, though customs is very thorough and items can take a long time to clear
My recommendation is always to order within plenty of time of when you need an item, I will always try to work with you to ensure that an item is received when it is needed. I ask that you be realistic on how long it might take something to reach you, all items are shipped as soon as they are ready and there can be delays at busy times of the year especially Christmas.
Where is my Order?
I don’t always have time to follow up queries about when an item will be shipped or when it will arrive with you, once your order has been shipped you will automatically receive an email from me confirming this. If you have chosen a tracked delivery service then this email will contain your tracking information which can be input onto the Royal Mail website, for international orders there will be a link to your local delivery agent to track it with your local postal service.
It is my responsibility to ensure an item arrives with you and if an item is lost then I will usually offer a replacement or refund, I am only able to consider an item lost when it has reached the eligible claim time with Royal Mail as outlined here.
There are also no additional delivery charges no matter how many items you order ?
