We want to make the ordering process as simple as possible for you, if you have any difficulties ordering your perfect present then please do get in contact.

Delivery Times

Usually your order will ship within 7 – 10 working days. During our peak time (Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas to name a few) we can become very busy and lead times can increase to as much as 10-15 working days. All orders are individually handmade and we have a strict policy of making orders as we receive them – we do not offer the option to ‘jump the queue’.

Our working days are Mon/Tues & Thurs/Fri 10am to 2pm. We usually do post runs on Tuesdays and Friday.  Wednesday is an admin day where we tidy up, catch up on other non-stamping things and attempt to organise our lives!  We are about but may take slightly longer to respond to enquiries.

Please do get in touch if you have a piece that is time sensitive and let us know when you need it by. During our busier times we recommend contacting us before you place your order.

How to find Products

In our shop you will find all our products sorted by either Product Type (keyrings, jewellery, Mini Motivations, Create Your Own, etc.) or by Occasion (i.e. Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, etc).

You can also search for key words we might use on our makes with the magnifying glass in the top right corner.

We encourage you to look through the shop and take a look at all the different items we do as it’s sometimes hard for us to put them into a specific category.

Personalisation

Items that can be personalised have a text box on the product page for you to include what you’d like the product to say. You can change all of the text, some of the text, or substitute words.

The more information you include in the product page text box, the better. However, please ensure you make it clear what you’d like stamped on the product – if we require any clarification, we can always get in touch with you.

An example of available personalisation is as follows:
Keyring that says Big Brother. If you’d like it to say Little Brother instead of Big Brother or change the sibling to Sister, just pop that in the text box.
Necklace that says mum. If you’d like it to say Nanny, Mam, or any other affection term, that’s absolutely fine.

Detail

Stamped with Love has a multitude of fonts and design stamps which means you can truly make your piece personal and unique to you.

Perhaps you’d like stars dotted around the piece, or would prefer a monochrome colour scheme, or you’d like a different font – pop it in a note when you checkout and we will personalise your design to your exact requirements.
You can further customise your product by browsing the Add Ons section to make your piece super unique. Add charms, tags and different style split rings to your piece to ensure you have the perfect product.

Fonts

The fonts shown in the images of each product were chosen based on the style of the piece and the intended recipient.

Pieces intended towards women tend to have a more traditionally feminine font, and pieces intended towards men tend to have a more traditionally masculine font.
However, you absolutely don’t have to stick with the font in the picture! Stamped with Love has an array of fonts you can choose from, each with unique properties.

Want a heart font on a piece about beer for your husband? You got it! Want a simple font on a romantic piece for your wife? Absolutely!

You can change the font on most pieces to make the product perfect for you. If you’d like an alternative font to the one pictured, please let us know in a note when you check out. All the fonts are different sizes, from 1.5mm to 6mm so we may not be able to use your chosen font, if this happens we will contact you to have a chat about how to make it perfect for you.

Back Orders

Although we are ordering stock regularly, during busy periods we can sometimes sell out of items. We usually have them on back order with our supplier however it can mean that your order maybe delayed by a few days. You can find the latest information about our stock availability on individual products and on our Facebook page here.

If you need an item by a specific date and it is showing as on back order, please do get in touch with us so we can make sure we can get your order to you on time.
