About these Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Stamped With Love Reward Program.  By registering for the reward program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. If you do not agree you may not participate in the Stamped With Love Reward Program, you may not collect or redeem points.
3. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before signing up.
4. These terms and conditions apply from when you register your Stamped With Love Reward Program account and will apply for the duration of your membership.
5. Stamped With Love reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
6. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Eligibility

1. The Stamped With Love Reward Program is open to all Stamped With Love Customers.
2. Orders placed through the website https://stampedwithlove.uk and through the Etsy store https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/EmmaStampedwithLove are eligible for reward points.
3. To redeem points from an Etsy order you will need to register using the same email address as used for the Etsy order.
4. Website purchases will be updated automatically providing you use your registered account to check out.
5. The Stamped With Love Reward Program is an ongoing program, which will remain active until further notice. In the event of the program ending, Stamped With Love will notify all members via email and will have 30 days to exchange their existing points and redeem associated vouchers.

Collecting Points

1. Points are collected at 20 points for every whole 1 pound spent on the website or Etsy store (specified above).
2. All existing customers who have a registered account on Stamped With Love https://stampedwithlove.uk/ will be given points equivalent to their order values when the reward program goes live on 1^st October 2022.
3. Collect 50 points by subscribing to the mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.  Points are only awarded on your first sign up.
4. Collect 50 points for telling Stamped With Love when your birthday is. You can claim this reward once.
5. Collect 50 points for following us on both Pinterest and Instagram, you can claim this reward once.
6. Collect 50 points for sharing a product on Facebook.
7. Collect 50 points for referring a friend – you will receive 50 points once they place their first order. You can refer as many friends as you like.
8. Collect 50 points on your birthday.
9. Collect 50 points for each product review you leave – reviews can only be left on verified purchases. Points will only be granted for genuine product reviews.  Members cannot write multiple reviews for the same product.
10. Points can be collected and exchanged to vouchers in the quantities of:
11. 500 for £5.00 voucher
12. 1000 for £10.00 voucher
13. 1500 for £15.00 voucher
14. 2000 for £20.00 voucher
15. Vouchers can be used by anyone, not necessarily the redeeming member, however they cannot be exchanged for cash value.
16. Points can be redeemed against website orders at the rate of £1.00 for each 100 points. A minimum of 100 point can be redeemed and in multiples of 100.
17. Points do not have an expiry date.
18. Points are allocated to the purchasing members account and are not transferable.
19. Points do not have any cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

General

1. Stamped With Love reserves the right to verify all usage of the Stamped With Love Reward Program and to refuse points, withdraw membership entitlement or refuse further participation in any Stamped With Love Reward Programs where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
2. Data Protection: Stamped With Love will only use your personal data to administer the rewards scheme and audit purchases unless you have given us your consent and you have opted-in to marketing communications. As part of the rewards scheme, if you are not opted into our general marketing list, you will still receive email and communications for the rewards program but only to inform you of relevant or ongoing information.
3. Stamped With Love does not assume and responsibility for:
4. incorrect or inaccurate submissions made during the registration process or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions
5. any inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or website or any combination thereof.
6. Regretfully Stamped With Love will not be held responsible for any system failures of the website.
7. If for any reason the reward scheme is unable to continue for reasons outside of Stamped With Love’s reasonable control, it may at it’s sole discretion cancel or suspend the rewards program as necessary.
8. The Stamped With Love Rewards Program is open to our customers worldwide.
9. The Stamped With Love Rewards program and these Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the participating country. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.
