Please read these terms & conditions carefully, by being a Stamped With Love affiliate, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the affiliate period and any representation of the Stamped With Love brand, certain conditions are valid for a specific period following termination. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not be an affiliate for Stamped With Love. Stamped With Love reserve the right to terminate any affiliate for a breach of terms effective immediate.
Stamped With Love own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on their website, brand and products, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for the purposes of undertaking affiliate duties. Information, designs or any confidential information must not be shared with competitors.
Affiliates at all times ensure they are clear in their role as an affiliate when promoting. Distinction must be made between affiliate and Stamped With Love. All affiliates must ensure any websites that contain promotional material for Stamped With Love have visible privacy documentation and are GDPR compliant with a SSL certificate.
Affiliates must also ensure their promotional spaces are not making any representations, either implied or expressed, that it is endorsed by Stamped With Love. Clarity of independence should be prominent at all times.
Any promotional posts should clearly indicate it is a compensated advertisement by use of the hashtag #Ad as per the Advertising Standards Authority guidelines.
Affiliates are prohibited from promoting the Stamped With Love brand within, referencing or promoting objectionable content. The qualification of this content is at the discretion of Stamped With Love and includes but is not limited to: sexually explicit material, violence, hate speech, illegal activities, discriminatory material, political, fraudulent or harassment. Stamped With Love reserves the right to prohibit without warning any type of association that may be interpreted as a direct opinion of the brand or damaging to the brand perception.
Paid advertising such as PPC or social media ads must be expressly permitted in writing by Stamped With Love on a case-by-case basis to ensure the integrity of the ads.
Applications to become a Stamped With Love affiliate are checked prior to approval. Once approved, affiliates are added to a private Facebook group for affiliates and added to a mailing list specifically for affiliates. Affiliate data is held in accordance with our standard data protection policies and procedures.
Stamped With Love affiliates agree to actively promoting Stamped With Love on Facebook and/or Instagram with images and provided affiliate link. Affiliates who do not earn any commission for 1 calendar month, leaves the Facebook group or unsubscribes from emails without prior discussion will be removed.
The Stamped With Love affiliate scheme comprises of three tiers, with affiliates joining at Bronze level and progressing as follows:
- £1 bonus for joining at Bronze Level with 5% commission on each order.
- Upon earning £10 from their affiliate link, progression is moved to Silver level and the commission is increased to 10% and you will receive a £2 bonus.
- Upon earning £20 from their affiliate link, progression is then moved to Gold level and the commission is increased to 15% and you will receive a £3 bonus.
Affiliates will be able to see their current level and earning totals by logging into their affiliate dashboard on the Stamped With Love website.
Compensation payments will be made by PayPal or BACS at the end of each month, payments can also be used to purchase items from the Stamped With Love website.
These terms and conditions become effective as soon as the affiliate is approved for the Stamped With Love affiliate scheme.
Stamped With Love retains the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and terminate any affiliate relationship without compensation without notice with good cause.
